3. Rinsing

5. Rinse Again

When gum or brushing is not an option, rinse your mouth out with water after a meal. Rinsing your mouth out helps loosen food particles that may have gotten stuck between your teeth. This will help your body reduce the acid levels in your mouth to normal.
